Designed to support the massive power and cooling requirements of modern Artificial Intelligence, the ADC requires a specialized approach to fire protection and emergency communications.

Our team was selected to provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution—taking the project from initial 3D design through final commissioning.

Our Specialized Scope of Work

1. VDC / BIM Modeling (3D Design-Build)

To meet the rigorous coordination requirements of a hyperscale facility, NTX Fire utilized Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and BIM Modeling. By creating a 3D digital twin of our systems, we ensured:

• Seamless spatial coordination with complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Reduced field clashes and accelerated installation timelines.
• Precise "As-Built" documentation for the facility's long-term lifecycle management.

2. Advanced Fire Detection & Protection

Data centers house mission-critical equipment where even seconds of downtime are costly. NTX Fire designed and installed:

• VESDA (Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detection): High-sensitivity systems capable of detecting smoke particles before they are visible to the naked eye.
• Intelligent Fire Alarm Systems: A robust network designed for rapid response and pinpoint accuracy across the massive campus footprint.

3. Emergency Radio Responder Communication (ERRC)

Ensuring first responders can communicate inside a massive concrete and steel structure is a safety mandate. NTX Fire implemented a high-performance ERRC system, providing 100% radio coverage for emergency personnel throughout the facility.

4. Full-Scale Commissioning

At the conclusion of the installation, our specialists performed rigorous, multi-point commissioning. This ensures every sensor, notification device, and radio link operates at 100% reliability, meeting both local codes and the stringent uptime requirements of the data center industry.
